My name is Cesar Apaez, I first fell in love with cooking when I was a kid, cooking for my brothers when my parents were away at work. I moved to California when I was 16 years old and I started working in the kitchen for over 25 years as a dishwasher, line cook. kitchen manager, and as a sous chef.

After finishing culinary school at Diablo Valley College at Pleasant Hill. CA, I decided to start a new journey and open a food truck. We want to serve the best meats and vegetables, from farm to table, and use the freshest ingredients possible to make our customers happy.
